I’ve spent the past 15 years working as a Product Owner on complex digital products and platforms. Ownership means a lot to me. For me, product ownership is about taking responsibility for delivery, balancing what users need, what the business wants, and what is technically possible, and turning that balance into real, working products.
Throughout my career I’ve worked with international organizations delivering digital products across dozens of markets. These environments often involve scale, performance, security and regulatory requirements, which makes clear priorities and well-considered product decisions critical.
I enjoy working closely with engineers, architects and business stakeholders, and whenever possible speaking directly with users to understand their needs. Data plays an important role in this process, helping validate assumptions and guide product decisions.
Whether working with local or distributed teams, I value the collaborative nature of digital product development and an agile, iterative approach to building, learning and improving.
